Sales & Operations Associate

The Quarto Group is seeking a Sales and Operations Associate to join the team in our Seattle area office! This position's primary responsibility is to support the sales team in managing all aspects of item communication including new title setup, production due dates, order management and stock allocations for direct ship import and domestic orders.  Responsibilities include communicating order flow, inventory allocations, production runs and sales detail throughout the organization. This position supports sales teams, customers and the production department making sure all team members have the information required to maximize sales while maintaining a productive turn of inventory. Are you the right person for the job? The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor production and inventory to maintain distribution flow plan, account forecast and open orders.
  • Work with Production Manager to coordinate production, compliance and delivery milestones.
  • Execute import and domestic retail programs for mass-market, mid-tier and club retailers.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to compile product and compliance data for account and item management.
  • Manage private label product development for key accounts.
  • Analyze, prepare and distribute sales & inventory dates.
  • Supports outside sales representatives and retail customers with inventory and sales material requests.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Do you have the following skills and qualifications?

  • Excellent organization skills and computer literate (particularly Microsoft Office 365).
  • Excellent degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to prioritize demands on time and re-order priorities as required.
  • Comfortable working with little supervision.
  • Comfortable dealing with complex situations and sensitive issues.
  • Positive attitude.
  • 3-5 years customer service experience.
  • Toy industry experience a plus.
