The Quarto Group is seeking a Help Desk/Support Technician who will be responsible for daily resolution of end user support requests and setup, repair, and troubleshooting of end user computing systems and peripherals.This person is responsible for increasing the overall productivity of the users, and for ensuring utmost customer satisfaction in the users' day-to-day experience with any and all hardware and software. This is an outward facing position, and requires utmost professionalism, and efficiency. A proactive demeanor with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills is desired.
