EVERY HEIST ENDS IN MURDER

There’s been a robbery, and someone is dead! It’s up to you to track down the killer. 

Within the pages of Every Heist Ends in Murder, three mysterious crimes have taken place. A precious work of art has been stolen from a museum. Several small-town jewelry shops have been unwillingly relieved of their wares. Two thieves have had a fatal argument over a rare taxidermied bird. In each case, something is missing—and someone is dead.

The information you need to identify the culprits behind each crime is hidden within the sequential search puzzles that comprise each case. Solve the puzzles, and you find the murderer.

Read each story and use the clues provided to solve the puzzles in the correct order. The puzzles reveal key evidence—important locations, items of interest, and possible accomplices—which will help you eliminate suspects, narrowing the field until only one possibility remains. Each case includes:

• A short story that sets the crime scene. What was stolen and how? Who died in the process? And most importantly, how will you track down the criminal mastermind?
• Three to four search puzzles with thousands of possible answers, which must be solved in sequential order using the clues provided.
• Additional hints to help puzzlers of any skill or experience level solve the cases.

There are no trick endings, unreliable narrators, or hidden information. Success depends entirely on logic, observation, and deduction.
