Quarto Foreign Rights is looking for a Foreign Rights Director for its London-based team

A proactive and positive sales leader, you are equally passionate about growing sales and supporting staff development. Self-motivated and an entrepreneurial deal-maker, you have outstanding negotiation skills, and the commercial expertise to implement a global sales plan for a diverse range of books and markets.

You will set budgets for the adult imprints in the team's portfolio and drive the team to exceed sales targets. Providing analysis of territorial trends, you will work in close collaboration with Publishers to grow sales from Quarto US and Quarto UK imprints in international markets.
