By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person.
- Entry via the form must be received by 23:59 on the 22nd April 2026. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, corrupted, or which fail to be received by the closing date will not be counted. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and will not be counted.
- To take part in this promotion, entrants must pre-order the UK edition of Life in Bloom 978-1836006145 from any UK retailer by 23:59 on 22nd April 2026. Proof of pre-order of Life in Bloom from any UK retailer (scan, photo, or copy of email confirmation) will be required to claim the prize. Please complete the entry form and do not submit any bank or payment details with your proof of pre-order. Entrants must follow @niwaki.hq on Instagram.
- This prize draw is free to enter for those who have already purchased a pre-order of the book; no additional payment is required.
- All correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw, which will take place by the 24th April. The first entry drawn at random will be the winner.
- The prize consists of Mini Kantan Bag in Tan with a pair of Sentei Secateurs, Higurashi Scissors, Kenzan (Large), and a Niwaki Cap and includes UK postage. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
- The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the promoter’s notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the promoter reserves the right to offer it to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. The promoter will arrange delivery of the prize within 30 days of the prize being claimed. The promoter is not responsible for delays outside its control after dispatch.
- Other than those specified above, the promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with this prize and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by the winner as a result of accepting the prize.
- By entering this competition, all entrants agree to the use of their personal data by the promoter for the purposes of administering the competition as detailed in these terms and conditions. We will not share this information with any third party except where legally required.
- Employees and contractors of Quarto Publishing PLC and Niwaki as well as anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition, are not eligible to enter or win.
- We will make the winner’s name and county available on request by emailing marketinguk@quarto.com (please state the name of the competition in the subject line) no earlier than 8 weeks after the closing date. If you do not want your name and county to be made available in the event that you win, please let us know by emailing the same address. Please note that we are required to make the winner’s details available to the ASA on request.
- The promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in the promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in the promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a fraudulent, dishonest, or unjust manner including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the competition, hacking, using multiple accounts to submit multiple entries, cheating, or harassing/threatening other entrants, the panel, or a representative of the promoter.
- The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the competition.
