Nat Esten is a musician who co-owns Book Club Bar with his wife, Erin Neary. When he is not at the shop, he is often playing drums in the Saved by the 90s cover band. He is a lover of the Boston Red Sox and a doer of crossword puzzles. He lives and will probably die in New York.

Erin Neary

Erin Neary is originally from Brookfield, Wisconsin. After finishing college and graduate school, she moved to New York City in 2011, where she worked in nonprofit development and in marketing for tech start-ups before deciding to make the leap into retail bookselling and hospitality. Together with her husband, Nat Esten, she founded Book Club Bar in 2019. When she's not reading alongside their cat, Bruce, Neary enjoys running marathons and traveling. She lives in New York.
